I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Shaza at DIB Bank – Oud Meitha branch for her professional, exceptional, and outstanding support. I felt a great sense of relief and happiness after dealing with her. I was facing serious issues with my credit cards and felt completely stuck, unable to find any solution. For several months, I visited other DIB branches and was repeatedly told that there was no option to fix the issue, which almost made me stop dealing with the bank altogether. Ms. Shaza was different. She was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand my situation, guided me through the available solutions, and successfully helped resolve the issues that no one else could. Her professionalism and positive attitude completely changed my experience with the bank. She is a true asset to DIB, and I highly recommend dealing with her. Thank you, Ms. Shaza.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Worst customer service ever. Me and my husband went to check and verify his account as he open but can't access online due to kyc. We went to ask what we need to do to activate it. First she said there's no account associated with him, we showed that he is receiving statements every month with account number so how it's possible,she said we can register and create an account. I tried to create an account online and still showing that we are already an existing customer so when he return to isle and show to this lady she's starting raising her voice and saying the same thing which initially she insisted there's no account and now she changed the word and saying he have to submit the documents to activate the account, like seriously? We came with my baby and no enough sleep from graveyard shift, we went to get the complete details and assistance from you guys but instead got shouted and I heard you speak your own arabic language and laugh. Poor service and

The branch was very well managed, contributing to a positive customer experience. My request was handled by Ms Shatha who was very helpful, prompt and professional. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
