Very bad staff. Specialy the man who deal for new accounts therebis indian guy have very bad attitude. Zero cooperative. No sense how to talk with customers. Never recommend this bank. Very bad services

People working in the bank will find all possible reason to send you away to avoid doing some work. Went to do cash withdrawals they told me multiple reasons like: Cannot withdraw money without check and there is a max limit I can withdraw and so on. It’s better to close this branch than having this people working here.

Very bad experience at the front desk of this branch. The lady named Meera had very rude attitude when she was giving instructions regarding Covid protocol or regarding filling up request form. Only have to come to this branch because of vfs work and never prefer working with this branch even though it is my home branch

Very toxic and unprofessional staff at this branch. Tried to cash an NDB check from a multi billion dollar company and they told me with straight face that company didn't have money in their account.. when I escalated to the branch manger, he too continued the lie in the most unprofessional manner i have ever seen. I went to the Oud Maitha branch right after, and i was able to cash my check in less than few minutes... !
