Another disappointment by ENBD bank staff. I am not sure why these guys do like this. I went to Emirates NBD Oud Mehta branch and asked them to open shared trading account. And they told me simply they dont handle it and I have to go to another branch. These guys keep pushing me like a football here and there. I guess they dont value customer time. Its been a month I want to open a trading account. I even lodge one complaint let see if ENBD Quality dept takes action against that complaint.

It doesn’t seems any friendly nor any professional service. It looks like we are more debt for third service. Visited second time and felt same. Big claims of digitalization just look to be only words.
