Worst bank ever. They incorrectly charged me more than 12k in credit card interest and fees. Over a month and many calls and emails with no resolution. I was forced to pay up to keep my credit score. I asked for the card to be closed and cancelled. Still they wouldn’t do it despite multiple follow ups. Still they had the audacity to email me stating that the matter is resolved. Clearly they want to report top customer service scores to their management while cheating their customers. Never again Citibank. Stay away and don’t bother. Worst bank ever.

Rude security at parking. Talked over me, would not allow me to park in free customer spaces. Not a problem. However the 2 gate guards think they own the bank. Very very rude. Ignoring customers , may think about cancelling my account because of security.

Worst bank, I have been following up to close the credit card. After multiple calls & attempts over 1 year, I finally received the sms that card is closed in October. Again after a couple of months, I received multiple emails with credit card bill. Please stay away from Citi credit cards.

The worst customer service that we have had in our entire life, specially from our wealth manager Preeti Gupta who lied to us about some investments and as a result we ended up loosing money. We complained to his boss the vice-president and he did nothing. The only decent service has been given by our second account manager Shuting. Apart from Shuting everything has been literally a nightmare!!

The worst experience ever, they lost my money when I made a transfer from my local account to the account outside UAE in June and since June they can’t find where my money is. Raising complaints, calling - nothing helps. They never call me to update me on the status, but they call me to offer me a loan.
