My money got stuck in their deposit machine and following up with them from last one month the money is not yet credited, they are still sating someone will contact within 10 days and i have to wait for the call and look at my phone for that 10 days because if i miss the call i have to call them again and register the complaint again and wait for another 10 days and the loop still going on, using emirates NBD for 5 years now and and this is the first time i am facing an issue like this without resolving. Is anyone seeing this review who can help, please do the needful, that money is very important for me.

Extremely bad experience. "Personal banking" people will give you card that you don't need telling you that it is free of charge in your package, just in case you need, that no fees will apply if you don't activate the card bla bla bla. Then of course you will have fees even if you don't activate the card, with no notification if you don't check your account! My case is open since more that 1 year and half and they still didn't manage to refund me the 500aed that they took from this card as "fees". Unacceptable behaviour and incompetent to resolve issues.

It is very bad branch I came three times to open an account but the employee is not available and not sitting in his office as well
