Dear DIB Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from your branch staff. I had approached the branch with a simple request to increase my credit limit. However, instead of being assisted properly, I was met with unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitudes. Without even reviewing my documents or making an effort to understand the request, the staff outright rejected it with vague excuses like "you will have to wait" or "we can't do this." There was no proper explanation or willingness to help. This experience was extremely disappointing. It felt as though the staff were more interested in avoiding their responsibilities than in providing support to customers. Their lack of knowledge and unwillingness to assist reflects poorly on DIB's commitment to customer service. I sincerely urge the higher management to look into the conduct and performance of the staff at this branch. Such behavior not only affects customer satisfact

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at Dubai Islamic Bank. All I want to do is close my account, yet every attempt I make to reach someone for assistance has been incredibly frustrating. Every time I call, I'm met with a virtual assistant that keeps looping without ever giving me the option to speak to an actual human being. I even tried contacting them through WhatsApp, hoping for a quicker solution, but I only received automated responses that were completely unhelpful. It's unbelievable that such a simple request cannot be resolved without being forced to visit a branch. Not to forget the live chat employee who closed the chat and redirect me to do the survey when i didn't even finish talking. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poorly on the bank's customer service. I truly hope this issue can be resolved quickly and efficiently-without requiring me to physically go to a branch. expected far better service.

Extremely slow and frustrating experience. I spent over an hour just to complete a basic request. There were not many customers, but the processing was painfully slow. It feels like there’s no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. Definitely needs better management and staff training.
