Worst Experience of My Life in a bank. I am ENBD customer and wanted assistance to get the right Token for the right counter. I called The Filipina lady standing near the token machine 03 consecutive times, But She ignored like I am no One. I am someone from miles can be seen there is a human being. But from a 2 feet distance she heard me and ignored like no one is asking for help. she dealt with me like I am no one very poor attitude. The Bank must take strict action against her and I should be contacted or otherwise I will never visit and recommend this branch to anyone around me. ??????????????
Worst client service ever. In general my experience with Emirates NBD has been very bad. They lost an international transfer I made and didn't know anything about it for two months. Never got an answer from them on this matter... In addition, the branch is just awful. It takes them ages to help with anything and they give zero solutions on your problems. Most annoying bank I have ever worked with.
If there has to be minus star I would no doubt it twice to write it. Have no account with the bank wanted a banking service from this bank. Had to wait 2 hours for 3 days continous. And they kept on sending me from call center between Dubai mall and sheikh Zayed Road branch.
I don't know how you deserve 3 stars. So I call the bank and get a message that my call should be answered within 2-3 minutes and after 15 minutes waiting, I am still getting the same repeated message.. dobyou guys know the difference between waiting 2 minutes and never responding to calls? I have never been luck with this bank.. junk service does not do you justice.
Absolutely horrible customer service. There's literally a board in the branch saying "business banking" but that staff says that this branch doesnt do business banking anymore. What's even worse is I visited another branched and they asked me to visit this branch. Absolutely horrible experience. Hope the management is aware of how the customers ate punished for wanting to do business with Nbd
