Emirates Islamic Sheikh Zayed Road Trade Centre 1 Trade Centre

I have visited to Emirates Islamic sheikh zayed road branch on 19/Aug/2022. I am the First Customer on that Day. I was seated Couple of minutes and suddenly Assistant Branch Manager has ( emarati National if not wrong) seen that time waiting. He ask teller Staffs that why I am waiting. Also he ask front desk gentleman Mr. Ferkey why I am waiting. Immediately front desk Gentleman approached me Assist me in a positive Manner. Special Thanks to Assistant Branch manager that his observation is Amazing. ? ? ? ? ? this Branch (Emirates Islamic) Branch Manager Mr. Ghanim , is Given such a Outstanding Customer service. ? Very well Communication.

It was 2,5 people in this branch. I was waiting for 30 minutes for my queue, after that I just left this branch. By the way 80% of people working in the bank were free to take me. A question: why there are so many people and nobody wants to work? I don’t advise you to this branch for any reason, only to use atm, otherwise you gonna waste another 2 hours of your life

One of the worst places to deal with, inexperienced customer service officers whom not only does not know how to handle their jobs properly, nor giving the customer the accurate and right information, they also don’t have any common courtesy, the customer service officer burped in front of me!! Disgusting in all manners.

Very poor customer service, staff attitude is totally out of line. The branch manager Ghanim Ahmad needs to under go a customer service training ASAP !

The absolute worst bank, branch, service. Will just make you wait for hours, sending you from one teller to another with no results. Avoid at all cost!
