I was unable to open a corporate bank accoung because the minimum balance is 200k and they will also require bank visit on your office (desk is nor enough) considering that there are many other options, they will lose many customers. By the way, the position is map is wrong, i lost 30 minutes in searching the main branch which is situated in the emirates tower, 1 st floor
EmiratesNBD how the 15 minutes waiting time become an hour? Why is it you guys so enthusiastic to get feedback but cannot provide good customer service?
Such a bad service to cash a cheque by Emirates NBD Emirates Towers. Normally it never happens in NBD. It took around two hours to cash my cheque. Two tellers sitting online, processed only 6 customers in two hours as after dealing each customer, they take break of around 20 minutes. Very disappointed
This is the worse bank service imaginable, globally. I cannot believe they allow for it in such a key location, thought ENBD was better than that. Gentlemen on counter 3 is disorganised and disgruntled, or overworked. Hard to tell but I had to follow up with him on an urgent case and he wouldn't help me until I spoke to the branch manager - then he wouldn't provide me with a reference number, phone number or email. When I drove back to the branch to follow up in person (twice) he wasn't there all day and the email address his colleague gave me would not accept external emails. At this point I left my number on his desk and with him directly for a total of three times. A week later from the 1st incident he casually calls me and lies about not having my number and that he could not submit my request because there was missing information. Again, I'm left with no number to follow up on the case and God only knows if anything will happen. Thanks ENBD for taking this urgent bank need from a "premium" customer seriously ? what would have happened if it wasn't urgent!
The lady at reception needs training. It important that the staffs should have some helping mentality.
