Cheating customer and earning undue profit, specially from customers with Low or mid level funds and banking capacity. During Private holidays I paid all my outstanding dues and my bank transferred the cash after holidays to SCB UAE, I have asked favor for reversal of credit card charges they refused and when i was proceeding for cancellation sales representative at call center promise e will solve the issue by reversal don't close card. And no one replied in 10 days. worst and cheap bank style......

No CDM No Entry to a bank premise after working hours, one can not access ATM or CDM ( not sure they have one available) The only good thing is the building security personnels are kind enough to guide the next nearest CDM machine @Emmar Business Park with one CDM and one Atm with no parking near by. Scan the QR for location - at least they have made that option available. Worst among the worst, no words to describe, such a reputable bank with absolute irresponsible customer service, seems they are interested only to offer service / sell there products and ditch the customer once in. Hard to get connected to phone support. Bank can list the service / proper information regarding the service they offer at each place / kiosk - so that one can look into the map, while accessing the map for location.

Really glad to be banking with these guys, one of the most competitive rates in the market. Saurabh Kumar from lending was of great help, very thorough with his many years of experience in Dubai market.

They are cheater they wrongly charged 500 AED, I had to follow up a lot to get it back and I delayed my payment because of that wrong transaction and I had to pay them 250 AED as late fee charge. Worst experience ever.

Poor customer service. Called 4 times. Every time they do mention you will receive a call within 48 hours and received nothing. They do charge late payment fees even if the online transfer is delayed because of a public holiday. Stay away of their credit cards.
