The branch itself has been closed for awhile. The fixtures are still here. So there is a possibility they my reopen someday. A few of the branches that closed since the beginning of the CV19 pandemic have completely removed ALL the fixtures. Those will not reopen.

I was a victim of bank account fraud by a hacker and very professional fraudster, I came in to this branch to deal with this very severe situation. After losing all my money, the employees of this branch wasted no time in comforting me and bending over backwards to get my money back along with opening up a new bank account for me. As someone who deals in customer service as my job, I have to say, Francisco, and bank manager Lyv, are some of the best employees I have ever witnessed. All of the employees are absolute rockstars and they really made me feel secure after dealing with my situation. Lyv reached out to me personally to see how I was holding up, checking in with me ever so often to make sure that as a customer, I was cared for and my voice was heard. Give both of these employees raises because they are 100% model employees and every member of staff should look to them on how to treat customers the right way.
I was able to swap $200 into Euro before my Italy trip. It took a few days, but the exchange rate was competitive, and it was close to my house. I will do it again if I ever plan to travel abroad. Very smooth and good experience.
I have always had a wonderful experience with this bank. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and very patient. They are knowledgeable and competent. The amounts have always been accurate and I would recommend this bank and all the wells fargo locations as they have all been very commendable.

Never heard about this "new" rule. "She was doing me a favor". Considering closing my account all together if tellers are going to gatekeep me from my money.
If you look at the reviews it appears only minorities and females are getting mistreated...
My family has been banking here for over 50 years. Last week I went in to cash a large check. Went through the money counter twice. All my money was there. Only problem was one of the 100 dollar bills was torn. I went back and they said there’s no way the counter missed that. They told me to send it to the department of treasury. I should have had them hand count. Still doesn’t justify how I was spoken too. I pride myself on honesty and commitment.
Went there today. "Systems are down so we are unable to do withdrawals, but we can still do deposits."
"We will take your money but will provide you no service" would be a great motto for Wells Fargo in general.
Pen and paper still exist. Also being open anytime besides normal working hours would be helpful for everyday working people - you know the ones not sitting around collecting deposits.
I had an appointment scheduled with a Premier banker to set up accounts for my children. It was canceled with no notice or explanation, the day before.
I had to put 1 star review just because I want everyone to know this branch is very races, no customer service very rude and not friendly. Mary, was very rude, unprofessional. I went to withdraw cash, they refused to service me just because they said the signature was not matching what in the system and suspended the transaction. They did not even ask for my driver license or my debit card or a second form of ID to compare or to confirm this is me. Mary was very rude and not helpful.She refuse to process the transaction because of my signature but when I went to the second teller she said oh your signature match now!!! How come its matching now? Then when I told her here is the old signature what’s the difference? She took both papers and shredded both of them!!! They refused to give them to me. I asked for a manager at 12pm they said they don't have manager, then few minutes later a manager assistant came out to talk to me and said I finish work at 4:00pm if you want me to help you
