Over the course of two weeks, I misplaced my Regions Debit Card twice. Immediately requested a new card both times. When I received my last card in the mail, I could not make it work anywhere. I went to the Bellevue, TN branch and was helped by Edwardo Arredonto. He was extremely professional, courteous and attentive to my situation. I so appreciated his attitude as I already felt stupid for misplacing my cards. It only took minutes for Edwardo to tell me what was wrong. I had been sent an ATM card, not a Debit Card. He resolved the situation and I left with my new Regions Debit Card that works great. I will always appreciate the way Edwardo treated me and ever grateful for his help. Wonderful employee! Everyone at the bank was very patient and helpful with my transition from a local bank to Regions. Wes helped me get my account open but I got to see and interact with several people at the branch on 70. I'm looking forward to and proud to be a new customer! From the management to the tellers, it's a great place to bank!

I can’t express how grateful I am for Jana and this Regions branch! I received an email yesterday morning regarding a hold on my account that I needed resolved ASAP. I tried a Regions location closer to my house, but they were closed even though they were listed as open online. I got to this branch very close to closing and Jana and the staff were gracious and resolved the issue in record time. I will definitely be going to this branch in the future for any of my banking needs. Thank you Jana!

Charitee never seems to have a bad day, and if she does, you’d never know it. She is a wonderful, intelligent, and skilled financial professional. She helped me update a legal name change, book a secured credit card, notarize documents, clearly explain adding a power of attorney and followed-up. I’m proud to have her as my personal banker and grateful to BM Adrienne and the staff for their consistent excellent support during Charitee’s absence.

David was filling in from the Belle Meade branch today. He was incredibly professional and great to work with. He took care of me promptly and did an outstanding job!

DONT USE REGIONS, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!! I will never use regions EVER again. I tried to use the online portal to pay rent and went earlier in the day and transferred money in but because it was a Friday it took 3 days for it to “process” while the rent payment apparently went through immediately. My rent was reversed because the transfer I did earlier in the day was still “processing” even though it’s over drafted me WORSE before and didn’t reverse it in the past. Now I’ve got a massive reversal fee and late fee from my apartment that I can’t pay. I’m going after my next paycheck to close my accounts. They use AI for their help and it’s rude! I’ll never use them again, beware of them. I’d give negative stars if I could but it looks like they barely have any good reviews anyways.

I was harassed for money in this bank parking lot by a transient person. I called the bank and asked for footage to file a police report. My car was damaged after I had to run into my vehicle to seek safety. The person kicked and banged on my BMW SUV and caused a dent. They have not returned my call on that request, and it's been days. They do not pick up their phone.

Do not ever consider banking with regions. I deposited a check in person and provided my bank card as well as my government issued ID with no issues. I now a day later get notified via email that my funds are being held until DECEMBER to “verify” a wrong signature. I did all of this in person and the banker did not say anything about any problems. If you actually want access to your own money do yourself a favor and bank with locally owned and operated banks. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Some of the rudest employees ever, I don’t even write reviews but they deserve all the credit. There terrible , I left another bank to come open an account with them and I can better service at a grocery store. I called in to fix a problem with my account, the attendant on the phone didn’t say hello nothing just I’m putting you on brief hold, which turned into 15 minutes of just waiting then when she was ready I needed a moment and she just hung up the phone, I called back and the next person was just as rude, It’s ridiculous but what I do know is I can control who I bank with it’s privilege for me to bank with them not the other way around.

i have basically had to call in every day for a week and ask questions so i have spoken to multiple people who work there. no one is willing to really do anything or provide any information. someone said they would call me back after they looked into something for me, they didnt! they cant even tell me the correct address that my checks are being shipped to. i had to call a different company to get the tracking number and confirm the address. also the checks are shipping 2 weeks late. i dont know if this is just this branch or regions as a whole but gah what a terrible experience. would have gone to a different bank if i knew what i knew now.
