Extremely poor customer service. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. This is not what we expect from a professional banking institution.

I had visited this Branch a month ago for passbook. For such a small thing the team took more than 1 hour. Firstly they denied we don't provide passbook than when I told them it's in your protocol than they got ready to provide. The excuse given by them when I asked why it is taking so long they said Banda lunch pe hai jab Banda lunch krha to baki log time pass krhe the . The team mate's are very much engaged in personal gossiping and chating on Mobile. They were giving each other orders. I again visited on Monday 19th August 2024 for my Mother's passbook. Excuse Sir stock khatam hogya. My only request to the Hod of Kotak is please hire people who are really keen about the general public and work. Not interested to visit that Branch again . You are their to server better not to give Lousy service. A good team can change your revenue

The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked the basic knowledge required to answer simple banking queries. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Total waste of time. The service here is bottom-tier, but the attitude of the staff is the biggest issue. They were dismissive, rude, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. On top of the bad energy, they were completely unknowledgeable and couldn't answer basic questions. It’s clear they need a serious lesson in customer service and basic banking. Avoid this branch."

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a bank. Not only did the staff lack the knowledge to handle my request, but they also had a terrible attitude the entire time. Instead of trying to help or finding someone who knew the answer, they were short, condescending, and unprofessional. It’s one thing to be untrained, but it's another to be rude to customers while wasting their time. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
