Good experience, and nice, helpful people. They've always been willing to help me, and accommodate when needed, and are polite and value their customers, unlike other banks that are often the opposite. I highly recommend Huntington, been with them for years. Thank you!

Hi, I would just love to share my recent experience with everyone. I’m currently new to the area and had just opened a salon. So banking with someone new and building a new connection isn’t always easy. However my experience with Merlyn F. was outstanding. Super welcoming when entering the building, greeted me with a smile and kindness, answered all my questions and was very attentive and helpful. Thank you Huntington Bank for making my first experience exactly what I needed it to be.

Drove 2 hours from school to go to this branch since there are none by me. The level of disrespect I had gotten from the account manager Marie was ATROCIOUS. She has absolutely no customer service skills and has no knowledge about her job. I preferred her co workers over her. They were caring, considerate, and very nice with me! I will be reporting her and I hope this shows that no person should be treated the way she treated me!!!!!!!!

only 1 teller for inside AND drive thru window. Ridiculous. After waiting 20 minutes inside bank, was told I needed to see "a specialist" to have my daughter sign to be on my checking account. Then was told I had to make appt., or wait 2 hours to see him. He was in his office with NOONE there. Very poor service!

I can’t remember the last time I left a review so the fact that I’m leaving one is a big deal. I don’t even know where to start, but if you’re a Business looking for a bank, don’t even waste your time going to this bank or Huntington in general. From start to finish From originally opening the account online didn’t hear back from anyone, although I did hear back from constant phone calls of people trying to sell me their credit card services and I didn’t even know if the account was even open. Got some manager to call me still didn’t know what to do with the account and finally I said forget it. I don’t even want to do business with Huntington. They still continue to this day to harass me with emails saying there’s issues with the account. The most unorganized people ever.

Never have I left a review but this place is horrible! The manager Mike needs to be fired immediately as per other reviews. He is dismissive and is flat out rude to customers. Who ever is Mikes boss they need to fire this guy. He is unprofessional and a total nightmare to deal with! They can’t even do basic things like open a bank account. Go to another bank and stay far away!

I rarely do reviews. However from a sales & customer service background I found my recent phone conversation with branch manager Mike to be less than stellar. Full disclosure, I was calling regarding the details of an online promotion as well as general account requirements. After calling the customer service 800 # & speaking with a 3rd party rep who knew nothing about the offer & based on connection sounded like she was located outside of the USA, I called this branch. Mike said he was not able to access that offer but asked me what I wanted to know. Within a minute of me asking clarification of what was needed to waive monthly fees on a standard Huntington Bank product & how long account needed to be open to receive bonus Mike responded "time is valuable at the bank & if I'm calling to EXPLOIT a promotional offer please do that online". Are you kidding me? He is a representative of Huntington Bank. I found that statement to be totally Offensive & if I am interested in putting my mon
