⭐ 1 Star – Worst Bank Ever | Mental Harassment Dhanlaxmi Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their service is pathetic and completely customer-unfriendly. Even after submitting all documents and following every rule, my work was deliberately delayed. The staff behaves irresponsibly, gives false assurances, and never provides proper answers. I was forced to visit the branch multiple times and make countless calls, which resulted in financial loss and extreme mental harassment. This bank does not care about customers at all. Their systems are outdated, management is weak, and customer care is useless. It honestly feels like the bank harasses customers instead of serving them. ❌ Not recommended at all.
