Great place to bank at.

I recently worked with Philip Clark to get my business account established, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Business Banking here is great. Personal service and problem solving excellent. Chris Marshall is on point with all aspects of our company banking, as are all employees. Highest rating for individual service and attention to details.

Ashleigh was a tremendous help and incredibly patient when I needed to move some money. Rather than being condescending, she went out of her way to make sure the situation was resolved and everything cleared.

I love coming in every Monday or Tuesday and seeing the tellers happy faces! Customer service on point.

I finally left this bank and got an account somewhere else. If you lose your card or it gets compromised expect to wait a month to get a new one, excessive fees and a really annoying/inconvenient location. I wouldn't refer anyone to this bank.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Wish I could give this branch location a negative number rating. Worst experience with customer service I have ever encountered. We are traveling from Florida and was on our way out of town to go back home. Stopped at their ATM on Saturday morning for the CONVENIENCE and received a bill from ATM that was torn in half. Luckily the bank was open so we ran in to get a replacement. Teller told us her manager was the only one who could address this issue; however her manager was busy. We waited 30 minutes for them to correct THEIR error, and finally had to just leave to get back on the road. So we now have a useless ten dollar bill and the bank excuse “that is our policy” for our troubles. Guess it is not “ their policy” to ensure intact bills are dispensed from their ATM. Would never recommend this branch and would strongly deter others.

So I used their ATM last night and now there's an extra $10 charge pending on my account? That's after the four bucks it charged me to get the cash out. The 10 dollars was an entirely separate transaction that went through 8 hours after the fact. And I can tell it's from that ATM because the account numbers match up. If that posts it will be disputed. And even if it's just a pending charge that falls off it's still sketchy as hell.

Avoid this bank at all costs!!! The problem is the branch manager. He is a rude man that will give you zero customer service. His horrible management is reflected in the customer service you receive from everyone in the branch.
