Staff very helpful and caring especially Ms. Shari Gibbons. She spent 2 hours on a busy day straightening out an issue with the ATM swallowing my money despite the fact that she had a full schedule of people to meet Wow! what a kind person.

Easy access and convenient location

Shekia Taylor knows what she's doing. I needed help with a bank error that I was unable to get fixed over the phone. She was patient, listened to what I had to say, and took a personal interest in helping me. She's a gem. I would recommend Shekia to any of my friends and colleagues in need of banking services.

Welcome to Chase! The most Hypocrite personal in banking industry! Just walks in for cashing a check. Got back “sealed” envelope with bills. Those two so finished that even the ATM refused to take back..

Colin Hu a Relationship Banker was incredibly rude and unhelpful person to speak with. I highly recommend you do not schedule any appointments with him.

As chase popularity has grown the customer service has plummeted. You can’t get anything beyond the most basic level of service. Even as their top client, Private Client, with over 6 accounts, if you ever need something, a document notarized, a transfer made, an account made, the answer is No sorry. This branch and all the branches the same. I’ve had much better service at multiple competing banks.

Sooo slow... We were there for hours! Long enough for us to leave, go get something to eat, n then come back to sit for over an hour more!
