Visited this branch on 27th Feb about 3pm. I was having problems getting my temporary pin via SMS, called call centre multiple times but they could not resolve this issue. Front desk lady helped the best she could, and referred me to another officer of this branch. Officer Angus sat me down and helped me through this frustrating process. I finally was able to get my temporary pin after an hour or so, and it's all thanks to Mr. Angus who patiently called the centre and helped me resolve my technical issue. Top tier service! Could give 6 stars if possible.
Very good service. Staff who attended me was professional as well. Card replacement was done within 15-20 mins. No hassle.

Well maintain bank facilities. Customer service will always there to help and answer any queries regarding the bank service. Super clean and tidy. Nice setup and comfy seating area inside the bank. For the automated bank machine section, several machine that can be operated with ATM, cheques, Cash deposit. Nicely organized. Well done to all the staff and management.
Oct '25 - The bank is so inefficient procee wise, to open a new FD ac, they ask u to fill up a form, these can b easily validated at the counter instead of going to another place to fill up a form. Tday unfortunately met an unfriendly lady. CIMB u shd buck up & improve efficiency & train yr staff. Simple trx ding dong & wait unnecessarily

I am the preferred card member over a decade. In this branch, I don’t feel CIMB provided well on the Customer Service. I only feel like I am a just a regular customer. So disappointed. Compared to other bank, they will take more serious care on their premium customer.
Avoid this branch at all costs. The service is consistently incompetent, and you’ll save yourself time and frustration by going to another location. The CIMB in Solaris Mont Kiara is a lot better!

I was so surprised with the answer especially coming from preferred bank. Its not 1 or 2 days, but she was silent and not reply to my message bout 2 months. If she has no time to reply to her customer, whats the purpose of giving her business card for further assistance? When the manager Rose was here, she will assist us till all the works done! And now, we are like beggar here just to settle the merchant.
Its one of the worst experience i had today. The lady with the blue attire today (25/6/25) told me that CIMB only accept the form if filled up with computer and printed! Not with hand writing. Funny thing 2 months ago i was there with Wani and Rosnita filled the form with pen together. And all the process was smooth.
