Visited this branch today to collect my ATM card and passbook, and to deposit a cheque. The staff were very helpful and polite. There was no need to wait in a queue, and the bank manager was directly accessible and extremely humble. Great experience overall!

👍 As a account holder I have rated it with 5 star because of their fast service. Account will be opened from home with video KYC. Mobile banking is very fast and Debit card also delivered at home by speed post. In short, it is an all-in-one pack with super fast service

Not working by schedule time closing time 5 pm but they locked main gate at 4.30 pm

The worst experience I have ever experienced in a bank👎🏼 . Female staff are the rudest ones . If they cannot handle the workload they should leave the job. Working in a public sector bank, the staff should atleast have some manner. If you can, then use some other bank in your area
