I had a great experience with Rimmi Kumari at Bank of America. She was patient, clear, and genuinely helpful. She made everything simple to understand and took the time to answer all my questions. Really appreciate her professionalism and kindness—highly recommend working with her!

Thank you J.
We had not visited this branch since last year. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the manager and some other staff had been replaced. We have been customers of Bank of America and have been coming to this branch for about 30 years. It used to be a huge ordeal every time we came in person. Yesterday, was one of the best experience we ever had there. Very professional, efficient and friendly. All our issues were resolved rapidly. They finally have a very good team in place. Hopefully, they will all be there for a long time.
Ahmad Wilson I had a great experience with him helping my brother and I with the process to open a bank account. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.
Tried to deposit $72 into my mom's account. After my mom gave her account number over the phone the teller tells me they don't take cash. She then says I have to go get a money order and then I can come back and deposit the money order. What sense does that make? A bank that doesn't take cash?I don't recommend this bank at all
This Bank of America location is by far one of the worst I’ve visited in DC. The staff is combative, argumentative, and unwilling to listen — everything has to be their way, and they try to force their opinions on customers. I strongly recommend going to another location. Unfortunately, it’s sad that in the very city where I was born and raised, I have to look elsewhere just to find quality service and a business I actually want to deal with.
This Bank of America location has presented me with worst banking experience I've ever had since stepping foot in a bank. The teller had to write out her responses and if that wasn't bad enough she was the ONLY teller in the bank besides the manager who was only taking deposits. The location has to do better. Customers were very disgruntle in the line which they had ever right to be after standing in line for over 30minutes. A few people came in and simply turned around because the line was so long.
HATED IT! Always packed and the pregnant young lady is very rude and unprofessional! On top of not knowing how to complete my transaction her whole attitude and demeanor was very rude and UNwelcoming. I also tried to explain to the young lady how to do it as the other representative had another customer but instead I was shushed for her to talk to the other young lady. She also asked the police officer who was being assisted by the teller beside me if they were hiring for dispatchers while barely completing my transaction. I've been with Bank of America for over 10 years and I've never been so disappointed with the customer service received. I will NOT be returning to this location!
If you’re looking for a bank where the entire staff — clerks and the manager — confidently give you answers that are 100% wrong, this Bank of America branch is a masterpiece of chaos.
I walked in with a simple request.
They looked me dead in the eyes, smiled, and gave me information so incorrect I’m convinced they just made it up on the spot. The confidence was impressive. The accuracy? Absolutely nonexistent.
The manager wasn’t any better — he just lied with more authority.
Every question I asked felt like a round of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” where everything is made up and the facts don’t matter.
No one knew their own policies.
No one knew the actual process.
No one even checked — they just guessed, doubled down, and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Spoiler: I noticed.
By the end, I wasn’t even mad… I was amazed.
You don’t see this level of unpreparedness from an entire team every day. If they put half the effort into learning their job that they put into confidently delivering wrong an
