Very bad experience, my soiled tissues didn't come out of the cardboard ATM, I think the guy inside was asleep.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experiences I have had with Bank of India. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that have significantly impacted my satisfaction as a customer. 1. Very poor management maintained by this BOI rural branch, it deserves more negative ratings. 2. Always long queues are there for the public. 3. Very slow internet connection is present here. 4. Cannot update basic KYC of the rural bank account which is opened here in any other urban BOI branch. 5. Staff is very slow in response. 6. For small tasks it took very long time. 7. Very poor banking services both offline and online provided by Bank Of India.

Today I go to the main branch BOI at 4.44 p.m. but the manager says me the bank is closed? What is the responsibility about me for the bank
