I have visited the BNI Waiwerang branch office, it is very clean and the service is excellent.
The Customer Services official was very helpful, when known my turn queuing were too long waited for being served; he'd pleased me tov be served in his desk;
Beside, most of front line officers showed their willingness to do more up, especially ın solving the customers problems.

The security guard is a liar, he said the queue is long even though there are only 3 people in the queue, I wanted to queue but the security guard didn't want to accept the queue, after that he asked what I wanted to do? I said I wanted to make an ATM card, the book is already there, just need to make the ATM, then the security guard said no sir, you have to go to the BNI place where you make the book, he said, then I said yesterday my friend made a card here, then the security guard said that yesterday it was possible, sir, but now it can't. It's only a day's difference, how come it can't be done, that's strange, even though if you want to make an ATM card at any branch you can. Please improve the service, why is it that state-owned banks like this, the service, especially the security guards, should be improved again🙏🏻
BNI Cempaka Putih Bank is located on Jalan Cempaka Putih Raya, next to Foodpedia and Snapy, a photocopy shop. It's also in a row of shophouses with Bakso Boedjangan, and is also close to the area's legendary meatballs, Bakso Taman Solo. Across from it is Warung Upnormal, and BNI Bank has an ATM, but only for cash withdrawals; there are no cash deposits.
The customer service was slow, the employee took a long time on the phone with "Mrs. Haji" talking about personal matters. Laughing. During work hours, even though customers were already queuing. Unprofessional. Making customers wait. Even though I was working, I was made to wait even longer for a BNI employee to call. Bad experience. How does BNI train its employees?
