Excellent customer service. Products are better in comparision to other banks. Rate of interest is highest among banks .

Swapnil Bandhan is not fit for a bank manager. Don't know how to talk. Used to talk very roodly Bandhan bank manager Sapna Sangeeta Road Swapnil's way of talking is absolutely wrong. Do not talk to the customer in a supportive way.

Office staff is not so supportive as I found like another bank and behavior is so irresponsible to the customer .

Not good experience. The bank is free but the staffs tells to go of different counters and started fighting that why you have sent the clint at my counter.. Not having shame at all. Never wanna visit this bank again.👎

Never seen such illiterate and cheap staff in any other bank than this bandhan bank kalpit branch. The staff siting there are such stupid that they even don't know basic banking terms like SWIFT CODE. They even don't know what is forex and Wire transfer. Bandhan bank management should fire them immediately as they are degrading bank image.
