Teller service is very poor, they are not doing except talking & showing they are working, after 2 PM they take around 45 mins to do single transfer, after every 10 mins they take a break,,,, very disappointed with SNB.
No ATM or Deposit machines.. Bank closed temporarily

Al wisaam service is pathetic, no token and you just have to be on the mercy of customer agent..Anyone can walking and meet the customer service agent and bypass you and just have to wait as you don't have a numbering system
Poor customer service even for Business claass. Waitedfor 30 minutes and left without being served.
