Accommodating staff. Courteous. They will cater to your queries promptly. Excellent service
Excellent customer service. The branch manager was very courteous. Personally helped with bank statements and printing of the new debit card. Further explained how to use self service machines for any further need.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service. They have all their desks closed and just look at you while you wait. A complete waste of time. Efficiency and quality is key to any bank. How is SNB still going on? Open an account at any bank in the world, I bet you it can't be worse than SNB.
One of the female staff from the banking service site in samba bank takasushi branch not treating the customer friendly, showing the long face expression and talking in the unpleasant way when the customer don't understand something. Especially to the asian foreigners.
They mention 24 hours banking but their door is locked multiple times between 4 to 6pm Cash deposit atms are also out of service most of time.
