PNC Bank 586 Hebron Road Heath

I absolutely love my bank, I wouldn't leave this bank for anything! I've been with them for years. They are so personal and helpful beyond what is needed!!! Hilary is absolutely amazing! She got me an appointment with Edgar Chism today and they just changed my life!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I've been trying to reach the Branch manager Lori for 3 weeks! I've been calling every few days, I've left voicemails, I've sent emails and she refuses to get back to me in any way. She told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to bring my business from another bank but as soon as I do, the issue I was most concerned about does not happen the way she said it would. Multiple others have promised to have her call me or they would call me back personally, none have.

I thought this bank was the one, however I shortly realized I was wrong after opening an account there! They have made multiple mistakes with from overcharging me overdraft fees to not offering any benefits other than a reserve and savings account on top of checking! These days people want more for their hard earned money and this is not it! My Husband and I have found a bank that offers so much more than PNC so what would be the logical choice?....PNC OR OTHER BANK THAT OFFERS MORE BENEFITS?... Duh...other bank! We work so hard for the money we get and I think everyone can agree with me that having their bank offer more benefits is the only smart choice!

If I could give no stars I would , Diana one of the tellers is the rudest person I’ve met. How they let her talk to customers like she does is insane

I am seriously about to close my account that I’ve had with this bank for 20+ years and go down the road to Hopewell. I have lost count of how many times I have gone to the ATM to deposit money and the ATM is not working or accepting money. Tonight it wouldn’t allow me to do anything or even insert my card. I can no longer rely o going after hours and it is extremely inconvenient. Staff is great and that’s why the 2 stars, but I’m fed up.
