Chase Bank 7645 South State Street Harbor Springs

Chase is a reputable institution. I am not a member of Chase but I did have to take a check from a client there to cash which wasn't an easy operation. Because you're not a member you're charged for fees to cash checks or they simply wouldn't cash the check because of the amount. Wasn't very convenient for someone who may switch over in the future with that experience. Overall the staff was friendly

A very nice small town branch with the much desired small town feel. It's like, Cheers, everyone knows your name, except they don't sell beer!

Sooo slow... We were there for hours! Long enough for us to leave, go get something to eat, n then come back to sit for over an hour more!
