Our visit to Rivergate was very satisfying. Mr. Leonard Medina handled establishing an out of state Estate account for us. He was very professional and patient with all the questions we had for him. We will continue to use Rivergate Chase in the future.

I would like to share my recent experience at this branch. Today marked the third time I visited, hoping to open an account for my son, but once again I was turned away again for not having an appointment—even though the representative was available and mentioned only expecting an appointment in 20 minutes. I have been a loyal customer at this branch for eight years and have opened more than four accounts here. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in customer service over time.

This bank is terrible. Their drive thru ATM is always broken (even after getting a fancier one installed). There is no sense of urgency at the drive through! They take their time. I hate coming to this bank.

Out of all the Chase in Port Saint Lucie, this one is my favorite. Aletha was super helpful and got everything I needed done super fast. Thank you for the great service as always 🙂
