I don’t speak much Spanish and usually it’s really hard to find English speaking employees in Spain. I first went to a different branch and the employees there spoke 0 English and sent me home. Thankfully, when I went to this branch Nicolás helped me in an instant! Super grateful

The manager came out very kindly and attended to me perfectly; she was very professional. The office was packed, and she was alone in the office with empty desks and no other employees. Her professionalism is admirable, even though the clients were bothering and shouting at her. I don't know how employees are allowed to work in this situation.

Very poor service after a month of trying to get an appointment, with constant time changes. It's a shame that services are deteriorating so much, that there are hardly any staff members available, and when there are, it's not a satisfactory experience.

You couldn't receive worse treatment. The office was empty. The manager was shouting. The woman who attended to us didn't help us, and they refused to help the two elderly people before us with the application. The treatment was appalling, indecent.
