BBVA 35 Paseo de Extremadura Latina

Service is as atrocious as everyone else indicated in their review. They have a 2:15 PM closing time on Google Maps and close at 2 sharp ?! They also have a machine that distributes tickets for customers to lineup and don’t even use it… the level of incompetence is staggering.

Incompetent, unorganized, and generally unhelpful.

Horrible. Pedro David Dominguez Martin is an incredibly rude and shameless person. He blocked our BBVA account, which had been working perfectly for three years, without any explanation. We had a scheduled phone appointment with him, but he never called, and we waited two days. In the end, we had to go to the bank in person. He is extremely rude, doesn't know his job, and doesn't know how to treat customers.

UPDATE: AFTER A MONTH, THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED THE EXORBITANT COMMISSION THEY CHARGED ME. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I RECOMMEND NEVER GOING THERE. I'd give it zero stars if I could. There are always queues, it's only open until 11:00, and the service is terrible. On top of that, they charged me a commission twice, and I had to wait in line for three hours because of their mistake to get a refund, and the solution was simply to wait. The worst experience I've ever had.

Terrible and incompetent. To recover my pension funds as a public employee, almost a month later, they ask me for documentation again. Is this incompetence, or do they want to hold onto the funds for as long as possible? I gave it one star so I could publish it, but it doesn't deserve it.
