Best branch in Madrid All other branches didn’t want to help and said to go to the bank where account was opened.i was here month ago and knew that they won’t deny helping me. And 2 kind men helped me with my card ,account and payments in 2 days.

I walked in there asking for assistance, the lady in the informations desk was very nice, she could not speak English so she told me I should go to this inquiry section of the bank, sat there for a while only to be greeted by a rude Spanish guy. He must be in the middle of something but he was straight rude, no greetings no nothing and said "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I calmly ask him to lower down his voice because he's intimidating me. Why so rude? He haven't heard of what was my inquiry about.

Absolute total joke. I went there twice for a simple procedure only to find out she did half the job then sent me to another branch to do the rest of it. Zero willingness to work

They're a disaster! If you still have time, don't trust BBVA, and especially not this branch. I opened a business account and stayed with this bank and branch for two years. They hounded me to offer a loan, which I finally accepted! I completed the entire process to buy a boat: I paid for the appraisal, traveled, set up the company, paid fees, and deposited €20,000 to the seller—all with their consent, because the transaction was already guaranteed by them! And when it came time to sign, they simply told me there was nothing! With a company that billed €1,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!! They denied me a €100,000 loan that was already committed! They have no shame! I repeat: if you don't want to waste your time or money, don't even think about trusting BBVA, and much less this branch. I'll be kind enough not to name names. One of the worst BBVA branches in Madrid. There are almost never any customers, and yet they still take forever to serve you and resolve any issues. From the moment you walk in until you reach the teller, it's like they're doing you a favor. The staff is rude; there isn't even a "good morning." It's disappointing, especially considering they're supposed to be the face of your bank.
