Employees seem to lack compentence in performing the offered banking services. Never seen anything like it.

Horrible bank!

“I had a bad experience at this bank. I waited for over 30 minutes in the sales area, and the person serving let several people in without respecting the order. I think it's a lack of organization and respect for the customers who are waiting patiently.”

In this country, banks only work until 2 PM because they keep all-purpose ATMs locked away. This was the second BBVA I tried to make a deposit at. The first one, near General Perón, only has one ATM, and it's out of service. This one has three ATMs: one basic ATM outside, and the other two deposit ATMs are inaccessible to the public after 2 PM. What's the point of that? What kind of service is that?

Very bad experience. I had to deposit a check, and the cashier wasn't there. After waiting half an hour with five other people, I asked another employee if anyone was at the register, and he rudely told me that the cashier was having breakfast and that I should please not bother him because he was working and couldn't help me. This is the customer service this office provides, at least in my case. As if my time was worth less than their breakfast... Not another word.
