Title: Disappointing Service Experience at BBVA Bank Branch My recent visit to the BBVA bank branch left much to be desired. Despite there being eight staff members present, only two were actively engaged in their duties. The remaining individuals seemed disinterested, with their lack of productivity evident as they idly passed the time. Unfortunately, their unprofessional behavior didn't end there. When I attempted to sign a document, a task I had confirmed as simple and routine through multiple channels, I was met with resistance and excuses. Despite prior confirmation via phone, email, and consultation with another branch, I was denied the opportunity to complete the signing process without an appointment. Even after securing an appointment, I encountered further obstacles, as I was instructed to visit the branch where I initially opened my account, contrary to the bank's own policies. In 40 years of living I’ve never been treated so rudely by a stranger. I’m a client of this bank and I know how to use the machine to get a number and how to wait. Even still before a single word was exchanged (other than me smiling and saying “hola, buenas días”) I was treated with the utmost vitriol and vile attitude. There was no one waiting behind me, I actually waited for my number to be called in the screen etc… I’m writing this in English, and yes I do speak Spanish. But the way she treated me honestly made it hard for me to speak in any language. I was so offended and thrown off. I didn’t get her name, but holy hell what an awful experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer experience I've ever had. Unhelpful staff that doesn't explain anything and seem to know nothing of their job. Just moved to Spain and don't speak spanish well and the staff pretends they don't understand anything when I showed them that I just came to identify myself, refused to do the job and didn't explain anything. I went there after getting told to do so to activate my account. Absolutely horrible customer service and general treatment of people and their time. Going to another bank now because this customer service experience was the worst I've ever received. Hope this branch gets closed down it would do BBVAs reputation a big favour if they did. Absolutely horrible don't go to this bank.

I’ve been here numerous times, the atm machines inside and outside work perfectly to withdraw money and most of all make certain payments. They’re usually not so packed as other locations.
