They asked me to use a kiosk to get the virtual key, but the kiosk's system was down. When I told them this, they kept making me try again and again, even though the device was clearly faulty. Their solution was to do it by phone, but when I called, they recommended I go to the branch. No one offered a solution, and they avoided answering. Their solution was to go somewhere else. The worst part was that the kiosk wasn't working at the Vitacura branch either, but at least they managed to resolve my issue.
It's awful coming here, over an hour's wait for a plastic replacement. Don't waste your time here, better find another branch.
TERRIBLE SERVICE… they always take WAY too long to call customer service or the cashier. I've been waiting for 30 minutes and they're moving at a snail's pace.
Several Banco de Chile branches in the surrounding area have closed, so this one is packed.
Bad service. The customer service representatives and cashiers were always grim-faced. They complained about our purchase of euros as if it were a favor we were asking. How can they have such a bad attitude with such easy hours? They wouldn't last a week in another job.
