To every one who ever is thinking to start banking with Al Hilal Bank, I request you for sake of god never ever think of it. I want to share with you all what I have gone through and been suffering from past 6 days, Al Hilal Bank has blocked my account without any notice and informing in any form. Error has occurred through there system as there was some issue giving my biometric details. I have to say Al Hilal Bank that this is really a bad service and inhuman , I have just something to ask them is that how will I survive for 8 days without using my hard earned money. After several follow ups and calls and request you guys have been promising me from past 6 days that this matter will solved and there is no action taken on this matter. Worst and inhuman service from you.

one question please. Do you ever beg for your own money?? well sometimes if we gave it to our friends right.? what about begging your own money to the Bank. ? it will happen with Hilal bank only. If any one want to beg for your own money transfer some amount to the hilal bank.. and they will say no transaction happened and they don't receive any amount. that will be their first feedback and replies.. Next step is. they will ask for UAEFTS copy. Ok perfect once we sent those they will say 4 working days .. ok waite for 4 days.. still no money then we have to call them again.. third step will be saying they request for the update to the Central bank they did not reply. they are still checking with them who took my money in between other bank to Hilal Bank. may be while transfering the money to them someone broke the lines and take that money and rejoined the lines as it is. and they will say may be 7 days maybe 15 days may be more than that... and we customers remain needs to beg to the bank for own money. moral of this situation is if you have enough money and want to become a beggar within seconds transfer it to hilal bank.

you have to sleep there. bad branch . if you have a simple thing to do there my advice is to bring a blanket and a pillow because you will wait to the next day ??????
