First I go to the mall branch to get my paper as requested in the message, the employees there said I couldn’t get my papers because it’s a mall branch (not written in the message) Then I come to this branch and there is 4 customer care counters and only 1 slow employee working! Worst experience ever. Been waiting for 1 and half hours!
