Very few counters open Very long waiting time ( exceefing 1 hour ) Very old fashion method for handling reqyest / payments No clear information when applying for the service ! Expected waiting time 300 mins !! And the service cant be done anywhere but the counter

The worst bank ever, I finalized my car loan that should end in 5 years, before even the 1st year end, I came to the branch for 5 times nothing solved to close the direct debt and all formalities - worst Bank - I have been going to the branch for 2 weeks to solve my issue with no success - the employees inside doesn’t even know the process of closing an account

Very bad customer service!! I was really disappointed! The Indian guy from the reception was giving me wrong informations after spending an hour there he said I can not proceed with my documents only because I’m not LOCAL (even though I’ve called them before I went there to double check if it’s the correct branch and they confirmed back) such a waist of time. You really should put someone else (knowledgeable) as your front desk to deal with your customers! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Very bad management , the technician working in 3 units one time at least he can work in one and keep others working

Mr imran khoso is the worst person ever in the branch acts like he is the owner of the branch and tells people don't come here if you can wait is this the answer to a cm who just came to collect the letter? Worse! Waited 4 hour just to get an answer if the letter is ready or no after 4 hours they simply said its not ready come tomorrow because the branch is crowded and will give you tomorrow To be honest the branch manager the Local guy is very very nice person! The other i dont know what he thinks about him self!
