My agent in this branch is Praveen Kumar. He's always helpful, gracious, professional, and very knowledgeable. Every time I needed help he would offer me a range of solutions and services and helps find the best fit for me without trying to impose ideas for any services that does not work in my favor. I very much enjoy dealing with Praveen because he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to help them not use them.

My first account was opened in the Banyas branch 10 years ago. Since than the standard of service has been excellent. The customer care, the response on queries, the human help available has always been at par and superb. Now when I visited the Baniyas branch, I found out that the branch has been merged here. Still the standard of service has been maintained (now with ample mall parking), the staff is very courteous and friendly. They start their service right from the door when you enter, till you leave. 5 stars for their excellent performance
