I would like to bring to your attention the very bad customer service experience I had at the BAS Mall FAB Branch on 11-11-2025 around 9:00 PM. I visited the branch with a disabled patient in a wheelchair and took a priority token. However, I had to wait for more than 25 minutes. When I approached the customer service associate (AHMED ELSHIKH) to ask about the delay, he spoke to me very rudely. This is not the correct way to communicate with customers, especially when dealing with priority cases. Proper guidance and respectful communication are essential in such situations. This experience left me very disappointed, and such behavior from one staff member can create a bad impression of the entire branch. I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure that better service and customer care are maintained in the future. Thank you for your attention.
