Been waiting for over an hour just to ask a simple question, very slow operations! They should consider expanding and improve their procedures and to hurry the ticketing timings, it takes more than 30min to call the next number that i had to leave and my time was wasted, this branch needs major improvements

Worst Branch Ever – ADIB Bawabath Shariqa Mall This branch is a complete disaster! Opening an account takes minimum one hour. The staff are totally useless, not helpful at all, and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Today they even mixed up the customers – unbelievable! For even the smallest task, you’re forced to sit for an hour. Their excuse? “System is slow.” Meanwhile, I saw staff just chit chatting, drinking coffee, and walking out for smokes while customers are waiting. I came only to collect a simple liability letter, had ticket R-001 (the very first), and still waited one full hour. What a joke! This is by far the worst service ever. Slow, careless, unprofessional. I will never recommend this branch to anyone.

I feel like ADIB is operating in an outdated way and needs to improve its systems to make things faster and more efficient. For example, there is only one counter for all types of updates, and customers often have to stand in line for over 30 minutes. It would be helpful to have separate lines for men and women, as well as staff dedicated to assisting people and guiding them through the process. Improving the system and workflow would make the customer experience much better.

Dear ADIB, just so you know, an “appointment” means I book a time, show up, and get served at that time—not wait over an hour like I don’t exist. I booked at 07:30 (M005) and waited an hour, then was told to “register at the machine,” a step never mentioned anywhere. Next day I tried again with M001, registered properly, and still waited more than two hours but decided to leave with dignity. Your system is broken, and your service shows zero respect for customers’ time. I walked out, and I hope I never need this bank again.

The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Ms Khulood Aljasari. She has very efficient and helped me open a bank account in just few minutes. Thank you ADCB!
