Went Sahara Center branch at 4pm, person there said that He can't open New account. He said only in the morning to open New account and redirecting Customers to Mega Mall branch. He said it is Management decisions. #Unprofessional services. Why u put such timings. People come from so far & again u send people to far away branch in this traffic & summer. Pathetic customer service.
Teller services very slow. There is only person in the counter. It takes more than 30 mins to process transactions.
The worst bank i have dealt with in my life. Go to any other bank. The app is rubbish, the customer service in this branch is rubbish also, they dealt with me like trash. While i just wanted to open a saving account
