Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal and urgent complaint regarding the bank's repeated failure to successfully update the Emirates ID details for my supplementary card(s) and the subsequent threat of service disruption resulting from this unresolved issue. Details of the Issue: Despite multiple attempts through various channels, the updated Emirates ID details for my supplementary card(s) have not been processed by the bank. This failure has resulted in the continuous sending of final warning notices threatening the suspension of my normal banking services. Chronology of Failed Attempts: FAB App Submission: I first submitted the required documents via the FAB mobile application. The submission was processed, but the details were never updated in the bank's system. Branch and ATM Attempt: I subsequently visited a FAB branch, where I was directed to use the ATM for the update process. I found this option to be non-functional on the ATM. I recently visited the FAB Sahara Centre branch and had an excellent experience. The staff were professional, polite, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to mention Hasimina, who provided exceptional customer service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my banking needs were handled efficiently.
