*Update* On my last visit I have been waiting for an hour. Super unprofessional The service itself is fair and they serve you fast at the tellers counter. However if you have anything related to costumer service you better grab a neck pillow because you'll be waiting for a while. The staff are mostly nice except for a lady at the costumer service counter she doesn't even smile. All and all not the worst branch i have been to but it definitely needs much more development.

I cannot understand you people, you claim that you are one of the best banks here in UAE, Iam standing right now in Sahara Mall branch there is 3 ATMs infront of me 2 of them is out of service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place seems to be really mismanaged , the online token never seems to works and wait period is like hours doesn't matter what time you choose to visit. One of the most reputed bank , but unfortunately the place you hate to go because nothing goes as planned if this branch is on your schedule. Hope they iron out the issues, and try looking bit more into customercare

Wrost bank I have ever seen . I have been lived uae 14 years I did not see this much poor and disaster experience from any bank . Every time I call they register my compalint and will get msg your complaint resolved but actually not resolved. It is irritating and money from phone bablbce is finishing due to this bloody bank

I had to wait for over 20 minutes for the receptionist to come and yet no one came, the staff was not helpful and the security very unprofessionally said no iban letter will be issued and he said to come other time. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful
