Good afternoon, Please be informed I had done some purchase from citi bank credit card which I’m holding although outstanding has been cleared but again I am receiving calls back to back on my personal phone as well on my office landline too from your representative with the attitude which isn’t not acceptable also would want to know you is that I’ve been holding plenty of credit card but such behavior never faced till now

Bank Service is excellent.. But most of the time ATM don't accept cash, as its full... Only cheque deposits.. got to stand for long ..

Worst call center experience ... Not at all satisfied with the service.. while giving credit card, they are calling 100 times, but while i ask for cancellation i asked to visit branch....I visited branch and cancel my card long back...recently I got new card again... i called customer service and again they asked to visit branch... And customer service agent...looks like they are favouring us... dont know how to speak with customer and resolve customer problem ..... After wasting my half hour (keeping me on hold 2 times), was not able to resolve my issue. Then I asked to speak with supervisor or manager, but it been told that they are also not available. I dont understand on working day at 12 pm, why no body was available.. This is not the type of service we are expecting from reputed bank like city bank. I dont understand why my card not been cancelled when i visited last time and why i need to visit your branch. Why you cannot take request over phone call.. Similar issue i faced while I called to cancel my wife.... This time she took my request but when i told her that I am not the card owner and card is under my wife name and my wife is with me .... she blocked card....and asked my to visit branch again, as per her i cannot call on behalf of my wife...i ask her why she did inform me before taking request and her answer shocked me....As per her in their system gender of my wife is showing "Male"... now my question..... 1) how come they have wrong gender in their system (they are taking all document before disbursing credit card) 2) Are they blindly filling details in system 3) Cant they recognize gender from picture

Great Service. Had to visit for customer service and the person who dealt with me really knew her job well. She was prompt, quick and very polite. Even the sales staff is very helpful. Had a very nice experience as what I have had with other Banks in the country.
