I went to withdraw cash from this ATM. The ATM retracted my card. I was stuck with no money. I called Sharjah Islamic Bank. They said they can’t help me. I would have to contact my bank to issue a new card. I am now forced to pay for a new card because of no Sharjah Islamic Bank ATM. If you value your money and time. Avoid this bank ATM.

My rating is not for the bank but for the management and staff. Both the teller and customer service counters are very slow and time consuming. The teller section has always either one or maximum 2 staff (out of 4 seats) and this takes forever for the customers to wait in a long queue for their turn! I hope my review will help others and the Main Branch takes some positive action on it ?

The staff and customer services are too slow in responding to their emails written to them, I have requested for an assistance from them through their email but have never gotten a reply till date.

Had a great experience today, had gone down there to inquire about opening a corporate account. From the point of entering the bank till meeting the customer executive every process was laid out in a very organized manner, had conversation with Mr. Majd Khaloof was very friendly and assisted in understanding everything in detail. A big shout to the management.
