Poor service, lazy tellers, unreliable. I came with a cheque on my name to encash it. It's not a crossed cheque/A/C payee, but they refused to encash it. They insisted that i should deposit it to my acccount, where there is a long queue. They are insisting that it is as per central bank policy which is untrue. If so, then other banks will not encash cheques also, but other banks do. So what they are saying is a complete BS. Customer service is 0, they dont care if their customers will experience inconvenience. Extremely bad service. The branch supervisor himself is very rude. They dont even deserve 1 star.

one atm and two cash withdrawal machine available here. But always long queue for cdm. Waited almost an hour for depositing cash. Its a branch so two teller also available. Customer care lady looks helpful and assisting to people. Located at left side of ground floor entrance, Al Wahda street city centre sharjah.

Poor service. This branch is not organized and they will keep you waiting for a longtime even few customers are waiting. Hoping that they will improve their service.

Staff named Zahid Hussain doesn’t know a thing about credit and debt , even if he know he wont explain to you. He says everything you can get from the call center.. very very bad experience. I waited for around 40 mins outside just to hear this.

The customer service staff is nit helpful and not even understanding customer needs. They NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING BADLY. I am a priority customer but feel that service staff attitude is questionable 🤨
