The most irrational and useless staff and managers in the whole banking system in UAE are here, They don't deserve any star, Just don't use Emirates Islamic or avoid this branch at any cost.

I should rate this branch as no star for their worst service with lot more delay in all processing even the staffs themselves dont have enough informations about products and services. I have applied a buyout loan its more than 3 months the staff Sushma javaid keep on processing my loan and created complete mess with all incorrect informations. I approach the help of manager he is another show off You will see the brach staffs are helpless, dumb with no clue what they are doing you will ended up seeing only their attitude. However, i got the amount sanctioned but, she put my account on hold on the other hand taking installments creating troubles all over. Very fussed staffs. They should not work in banks instead riding cows.

I suppose to give them negetive stars or zero for their customer service and manager attitude. i am very disappointed with the officer attitude and manger as well, both of them considering customer as a machine, not giving any proper answers for our quires . worst manger and customer relation staff i have ever seen if my UAE life

Worst branch with worst staff- especially Ms Shushma Javaid who is always on the look out how to deny the service to the client. If at all she serves the client, she doesn't execute the task completely cos of which you will have to revisit the branch. Incident 1-- I recently requested for a name change as I have got married. She sighted all the originals took copies and said needful will be done. However after a month when a cheque was deposited to my account in the new name, I got to know that the changes were never effected which led me to resubmitting the application once again. Incident 2-- Visited the branch to apply for a prepaid card and was sent to the same lady. She was dumbfounded to hear the word "prepaid card". Made me wait for 15 mins checked with her colleagues and got back to me stating "the manager is on leave we cannot issue the card. Please call me in a day to 2 to check if he has returned" When I told her to keep my name and number on the call back list and call me when the Manager is back (as he was on emergency leave with no definitive return date). She said I MIGHT FORGET TO CALL YOU SO BETTER YOU CALL ME EVERY 2-3 DAYS TO CHECK IF HE HAS RETURNED. In the end she said if you want you can visit any other branch if you need the card. AS IF I DIDN'T KNOW THAT!!! Worst staff ever..!!

Emirates Islamic Call Center - Worst Experience and cannot solve any single issues, showing attitude and keep talking and wasting the full time and energy. Please be professional and solve the issue polity and calm. If you don't know how to solve the issue, please transfer the line to concern person with proper knowledge of dealing customers well and solve the issue properly.
