The low rating is correct. Before they allow you to enter the bank, its 2 hours of waiting and then you take the token and wait for another 20-30 minutes. Experience at customer service is even same where you need to push to get things done else, it is easy for them to ask you to call customer care or revisit. My review is based on 2 visits to the branch at different intervals.

I never leave bad reviews, but this experience was just outstanding in the worst meaning of the word. The worst service ever, doesn’t even deserve one star. The slogan of this Jumeirah Lake Branch must be “we don’t respect you and your time, and we don’t want to have you as our client”. The app didn’t let me submit an online form for opening a bank account, so I came to this office, took a number and waited for an HOUR to open a bank account in Emirates NBD. A solid hour wasted and completely thrown away. When the number was finally announced, the Indian man at the counter 8 started serving a different customer who was also waiting for long and whose number wasn’t announced yet. They told me to have a sit and wait as it’s gonna take time to serve her and also another customer whose number wasn’t announced as well. A total disrespect to you as a potential client! This was a whole time-wasting experience. I would never recommend anyone visiting this office. The management should definitely do something about it, because this is not the way to treat your customers.

Seems like I'm not the only person having the super bad experience and customer service in this branch for the first time I visited today. The reviews of my fellow clients were true enough that when I asked and follow up the customer assistant, she was just smiling and telling me that "You need to wait for some time", after I've waited for about 40 minutes already...

Very rightly said by other reviewers. This is the worst branch I have ever seen. Have been to enquire about financing. The person who processes loans, literally takes 1 hour per customer. I don't even talk to my family so much time in a day 😂 If Google would allow a 0 rating, the rating would probably not be even 1.7 as of the posting date. No matter how many reviews come to this, the branch manager and concerned people never care about it. They live in their own world.

Horrible service. Everytime you go there they tell you you’re missing a paper or your account’s update didn’t go through or go through the online or they’re facing server issue or or or.. i visited the branch 7 times to update my visa information and open an account! Waited for 2 hours each time. Their app don’t work, their phone banking don’t work, and the service is horrendous. Branch manager is more useless than EVA.
