What is this bank? Is it really a bank as they don’t know how helping a client, how to do a simple transfer, how changing a customer’s address? They don’t want to take care of a client who is waiting when there is no other customer in the place. This is the worst bank I’ve ever seen in my life! Look at all the reviews! Everybody are dissatisfied for many years! Moreover, the website and the online banking are catastrophic. To finish, it’s so difficult to close your account, they intentionally made too mush mistakes to keep your account active. I’m really happy now that I left this bank. What is the chairman waiting for to do his job?

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! CS is unreliable. WORST relationship manager. They claim to be the best bank in UAE. What a joke! With this level of service, it is definitelt the worst bank ever. Pathetic!

Today at 8:30am we faced an issue with an ATM Machine, we deposit big amount of money to deposit machine and it showed us transaction failed, so that machine was out of service, this happens not one or two times I faced it 3 times, and the bank itself asking people to call to a call center instead of opening a ticket manually by themselves. I was trying to earn that money so many days and this happening within a few minutes. I’m planning to close my nbd account because of too many troubles with it. They are not maintain their machines properly, the number of atm machine is E4011713. Do not use it as it will take your money and they will ask you to wait from 3 to 7 days and if it will be Saturday or Sunday it will take more days.

This branch is entirely inconvenient. Save your time, energy and money by visiting their mall branches. Here’s why: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE there’s no one to usher you in or guide you however the security by the ATM showed me where to go. COLD & RUDE STAFF. Despite having greeted the teller nicely he was so dismissive. He had already told me to leave the bank before letting me state my problem (went to fix my online banking). All I got was “we don’t do that here. visit another branch” PARKING is hard to find because you’ll need to spend a lot on valet or spend +100 to park in one of the nearest parking lots. So regardless of where you park you’ll still need to walk though Dubai heat to get there. Personal Opinion: I’d already tried a few branches (found them shut down) and was put off completely by the way I was treated at this branch & I nearly closed my account but the staff at the Dubai Mall Branch stopped me and I was done in 20mins. They are fantastic. Go there instead!
