Useless customer service telephoning customer service absolutely crazy no answer.also staff in branch don't know a thing. Very very bad experience waiting for 2 hours don't open account.
Very slow service. Waiting time is to much. I waiting more than 1 hour ?.
I apply for credit card since october then i receive sms and email that my cc is approved suddenly there is variance problem from my salary why you are sending this msg if the application is not approved what is happening
Slow service and wasting time if anyone planning to come this branch should have lot of time Please take care
Very very worst service. Staffs are sitting their just for kidding & they are not of aware anything related to banking. I went their for to update my Emirates id, firstly the guy in counter 6 told that its impossible after which he told its possible. He put my emirates id in the reader & tried to do something & told that he requested for it. But even after 8 days my account is still inactive. His behavior & tone of talk is not good. staffs are not valuing customer. I wonder why bank dont take any action even after several negative reviews
